How Does Our DenVantage Membership Plan Work?
It’s refreshingly straightforward.
You simply pay a yearly membership fee that you can take care of all at once or divide into monthly payments (There is a one-time setup fee of $55 per individual or $95 per family). As soon as you sign up, you’ll gain immediate access to your benefits (no waiting period like with insurance), and they’ll apply for the next 12 months.
As a member, you and everyone else on your plan will have your routine preventive care fully covered for the entire year. Plus, you’ll be entitled to a 15-25% discount on ALL other treatments in our office, including some that aren’t covered by traditional insurance! Your savings will be automatically applied whenever you come to see us.
